Eligibility

We offer alteration reimbursements for custom size dresses only. To qualify, requests must be submitted within 6 months of placing your order, as we cannot process reimbursements beyond that time.

Please note that we do not offer alteration reimbursements for standard size dresses as these are returnable.

How to Request

• Go into "My Account" in your Azazie.com account
• Under the "Actions" section, click "Alteration Reimbursement" (Image 1)
• Select the appropriate custom dress and click "Continue" (Image 2)
• Fill out the Alteration Reimbursement application (Image 3)
• Upload the photo of your receipt with the "Choose a File" button, and click "Submit"

Once the the "Submit" button has been clicked, we will get to work on processing your refund back to your original form of payment. If too much time has passed since your order arrived, we may need to refund you via check. We will be in touch if that happens.

Amounts

To make things fair and consistent, our reimbursement limits are determined by the price of the item you purchased (excluding shipping and tax).
