Return Policy

Before you order, please carefully read our FAQS and policies below.

Order Cancellation:

All cancelations must be requested within 24 hours after payment.
Rush orders can not be canceled once payment is received and confirmed.
If you need to cancel your order, please CONTACT US within 24 hours after payment.

No refund or cancelation once the processing has begun.
 
Return Policy

1. We accept return for all orders, including custom-size dresses if  issues caused by us: wrong size, wrong color, wrong style, any damage, etc.
2. All dresses are handmade, there might be some small problems which can’t be totally avoided, we will carefully check each order before ship it out. 
3. Our overall return rate is about 10% during last ten years. most customers were satisfied with the dresses they ordered.
4. Most returns are size fitting issues, Since the dresses are custom made to order, we always recommend customers provide us exactly measurements, we can follow them to make for best fit.

Note below rules:

5. For standard size dress in picture color, we accept return or exchange. You need to pay the shipping fee. 20% of restocking fee will be charged and shipping fee can not be refunded.
6. Plus size from US16W - US26W are plus size. Plus sizes are not eligible for refund.
7. Style above $300 are not eligible for refund for any size issue because they are all made to order.
8. All flower girl dresses are not eligible for refund or exchange.Please make sure to order the correct size.
9. No refunds or exchanges for custom orders, custom colors, custom sizes and plus sizes from US16W-26W. If there is error on our side, we will correct the issue. If you are not satisfied with your order we will allow you to send it back to us for revision. (please allow ample time for production) Processing & restocking fees may be applied.
10. All accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
11. All dresses are made after the payment. So please understand we do not accept the return for try-on order. If you just need one dress, please do not order two and return any of them.
12. Do not refuse package when it is out for delivery. Please note when a package is refused, the receiver will be responsible for all fees occurred. If you need to return your order. Please follow guide below.

We will also reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong color or wrong size ordered, wrong address provided, worn dresses or any damages caused by recipients.

Please carefully follow our guide if you need to return your order

1. Please kindly contact our customer service by Email within 2 days after you receive your order, Any overdue complain won't be handled.
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies to the size, or incorrect style and color, etc.
3. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused ,unwashed,unaltered and with original condition and packaging.
4. As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.ide us the tracking number after you ship it.
5. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.


Solutions to various situations:
 

1. Size issues:

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately 2cm in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

(1) Item is not the size you ordered:
If you are sure the dress was made in wrong size,please send photos of your measurements and you wearing the dress. we encourage you to find a local tailor to make alteration, as long as we can confirm the size is wrong, we will gladly reimburse you up to 50% of the product price, see detail of alteration reimbursements. Please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement. Please send us the copy of the receipt by email.

(2) Item is the size you ordered but does not fit:
As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
 

2. Colour mismatch:

(1) Colour difference might exist because of different screen resolutions. Slight color mismatch between the real colour and the screen colour may not mean the item is defective. We have made every effort to match the true colour to the screen colour. Your understanding will be greatly appreciated.

(2) If you are confident that you have received a wrong colour item (for example, you ordered white, but we sent you black), please contact Customer Service and send photos of the dress for us to confirm the colour. As long as we confirm the colour is wrong,we will make the correct colour dress for you for free.

3. If you can accept none of the solutions above, and insist returning the dress, please refer to the chart below:

4. exchange policy
 
We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. Because all items are made-to-order, we do not have ready-made dresses or products that can be shipped in exchange for your returned items. You will need to return unwanted items (if eligible per the return policy), and then place a new order for the replacement items. All new orders are subject to the current production period.
